Your Service Agreement

Most of our general pest control treatment comes with a 2 or 6-month service agreement. If your pest comes back within the first 2 - 6 months, we will go back and retreat free of charge. Termites comes with a 12 month service agreement when you have had a Termite Management Treatment completed with us!

Most of our general pest control treatment comes with a 2 - 6 month service agreement. If your pest comes back within the first 2 - 6 months, we will come back and retreat active areas free of charge. If you do require us to re-attend, it doesn't mean the initial technician did not do a thorough job. It could simply mean the product has been affected by weather, or the infestation is larger than most. No need to worry though, we are here to help & will get your pests under control!

Termite Management Treatments 

Each Termite Management Treatment Stewarts complete comes with a 12-month service agreement. This agreement enables you to call on us to retreat any termite activity free of charge. We understand that termites can be hard to identify. So if you think you have found something we prefer that you call us to come to have a look!

If it is termites we will treat them free of charge, it if is not termites we will still cover this under your service agreement and WILL NOT charge you a call-out fee.

Renew your Service Agreement every 12 months with a Visual Termite Inspection as per the Australian Standards.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

When purchasing products such as electronic equipment you receive a warranty. This warranty comes in handy if something breaks and you need to get it fixed. When it comes to pest control, it is very similar. Pests are unpredictable, and some infestations are harder to control than others. This is why Stewarts offer a Service Agreement with most of our pest control treatments.  If you do require us to re-attend, it doesn't mean the initial technician did not do a thorough job.
