What is a Service Agreement?

Standard = 2 Month Service Agreement

Premium = 6 Month Service Agreement

 Our Service Agreement is a commitment we make to our customers! If you notice any pests we have treated for you two weeks after your treatment date, just give us a call, and we’ll schedule a Service Call to re-treat at no charge. We ask for this two-week period because it can take time for the products to work effectively.

If you need us to return, it doesn’t mean the initial technician didn’t do a thorough job; factors like weather conditions, a larger infestation, or new pests migrating from neighboring properties can influence effectiveness and re-infestation. Rest assured, we’re here to help you regain control of your space!

Please remember that your free service call must be scheduled before your Service Agreement expires. If you notice that the pests have diminished before our scheduled visit, please let us know. A Service Agreement only covers re-occurrences of the pests we initially treated.
