Are Termites (White Ants) a type of Ant? 
NO!

Will my black ants turn into Termites (White Ants)?
NO!
Ants cannot turn into Termites (or worded differently, Black Ants can't turn into White Ants). The two are different species and will not transform. 
There is white eggs in a black ant nest, will they hatch and be Termites (White Ants)?
NO! 
Black Ants will lay white eggs. But they will hatch and grow into Black Ants.

A White Ant barrier is when termiticide is applied around the perimeter of a building to form a barrier to prevent White Ants gaining entry into the structure. This will protect your home and protect the inside of your cavity walls from around the edge of the concrete slab. This is done by drilling and injecting chemical around the outside of the building or under the building where accessible. When quoting for White Ants, we will need to attend your home and measure up your property. Prices are based purely on the size of your home (building perimeter) and the conditions surrounding it. Sometimes customers are unsure if what they are seeing are White Ants, and this is why we asses the situation before providing a quote!

This is so you can help prevent White Ant infestations at the property and you are aware of these areas. The Stewarts report will detail what type of building it is, if there are any areas that we are unable to gain access to and why. It will also say whether we recommend gaining access to any areas.
