If you notice any termite activity around your home within the next 12 months, give us a call, and we will attend your property and treat the termites free of charge. This service is part of your service agreement. In 12 months from your treatment date, you will be due for your Annual Termite Inspection that will renew your free treatment period for a further 12 months.

If you still see activity after 2 weeks from the treatment date, call us and we will re-treat free of charge. Basic: No Service Agreement & Service noting (No S/A) do not have a service agreement
Standard Services: 2 Months (8 weeks) from initial attendance - Service Agreement
Premium Service: 3 Months (12 weeks) from initial attendance - Service Agreement

A Service agreement is a guarantee that we offer to our customers! Depending on the treatment you are having done you may have a Service Agreement/Free Treatment period between 2 - 3 months. This means that if after 2 weeks from your treatment date, you notice any present that you have booked in to be treated, you can call us and we can book a Service Call to attend and re-treat FREE of charge. We require this 2-week wait period as it can take up to 2 weeks for the products we apply to do its job. Your service call (free treatment) must also be booked in before your service agreement ends, this means any time WITHIN the 2/3 month free treatment period! But please remember, when you book a service call (free treatment) if you notice that the pests have subsided before we attend, let us know. There may be a call-out fee if we attend & there are no pests seen on site.
