We were one of the first pest control companies in Perth back in 1954. Phil Stewart founded the business and to this day his son, daughter-in law, and grandson still work in, and manage Stewarts. When you choose us, you're choosing family, you're choosing a small family business that will always put your safety and quality of service first.

Quick tip before you lock in your pest package!
Make sure you are only selecting pests that you have seen on your property or pests your mainly concerned with. We always recommend this because year to year you will not always have the same pest problem. Sometimes we need to use different products for different pests and most of the time we have to treat in different areas to target specific pests. So the more pests you would like treating, could mean using a couple different products, as well as applying more products to more areas. Meaning more chemical in the environment and more money out of your pocket! When looking at these packages we recommend selecting the pest you are having the most problem with (for example Ants), and then you can add on extra pests you are seeing!

What is a Service Agreement/Free Treatment Period?
All our Standard and Premium services come with a service agreement . If your pest comes back within your service agreement, we will go back and retreat free of charge.
Our Service Agreement is a commitment we make to our customers! If you notice any pests (we have treated for you) two weeks after your treatment date, just give us a call, and we’ll schedule a Service Call to re-treat at no charge. We ask for this two-week period because it can take time for the products to work effectively.
If you need us to return, it doesn’t mean the initial technician didn’t do a thorough job; factors like weather conditions, a larger infestation, or new pests migrating from neighboring properties can influence effectiveness and re-infestation. Rest assured, we’re here to help you regain control of your space!
Please remember that your free service call must be scheduled before your Service Agreement expires. If you notice that the pests have diminished before our scheduled visit, please let us know. The Service Agreement only covers re-occurrences of the pests we initially treated.
Please note that any Basic Service does not include a Service Agreement or Free Treatment Period.

German Cockroaches Packages

German Cockroaches are small cockroaches that tend to bread in the kitchen and laundry areas but can spread through a building. They will lay their eggs in motors including fridge motors, coffee machines and ovens. These cockroaches are always brought into the home, most of the time through food packaging or second hand furniture. We require emptying of all cupboards in active areas for the treatment of German Cockroaches.

Stewarts Pest Control grain bait is formulated inhouse and is made from fresh grain. This means rodents are attracted to the bait faster then common wax block baits. The bait dehydrates them so they go back to their main water source looking for water to die, therefore minimizing carcasses in your roof or home.
It is highly likely we will need to re-attend your property more than once when it comes to rodent baiting. This is why we offer the 2 month free baiting period. So, if after 2 weeks you are still noticing activity simply give us a call and we will organize to re-attend free of charge to top up the bait.
